Two pounds of silica sand added to each gallon of sealer (three pounds for commercial application), making it a better filler, more skid-resistant, and longer lasting.
 

Latex modifier added for a final product that dries faster and cures to a stronger, harder and more durable finish. This creates improved adhesion to the surface. The end result is a superior finish that is exceptionally resistant to oil, water, and ultra-violet light and that resists tracking.
